One a week capsule makes it easy for me to take the dose of my Vit D. The size of the capsule is also normal sized, Which makes it easy to swallow.

great choice , one tablet a week, but if you are really low in vit d its not enough, doctors recommned 1 tablet every second day

A great idea , vitamin D3 7000 IU , only one tablet a week does the job of a tablet every day, however if you are very low in vit D, it is recomended to have one tablet every second day for 6 weeks before reducing the dosage, recomended
