Photo Review of OsteVit D One-A-Week Vitamin D3 7000IU 30 capsules

I’ve been using OsteVit-D One-A-Week for Vitamin D support, and I find it very convenient since I only need to take one capsule weekly instead of remembering a daily dose. The strength is quite high at 7000 IU, so I only take it under my pharmacist’s advice. It feels reliable and well-made, and I like that it’s Australian owned. As with any strong supplement, I’m careful not to overdo it, but so far it’s been an easy way to keep on top of my Vitamin D levels.
