Travacalm Natural is ideal for those who prefer natural treatments. Directions for Use For travel sickness, take initial dose 30 minutes before departure. Adults: Initial dose 2 or 3 tablets. Then 1 tablets every 2 hours as required. Pregnant or lactating women: Take tablets as required, but do not take more than 2 tablets per day. Children 6 to 12 years: Initial dose 1 tablet. Then one tablet every four hours as required. Children under 6 years: As professionally directed. Ingredients Each tablet contains ginger 500mg. great travel sickness tablets, mostly my kids use them for long drives. they do take about half an hour to kick in, citrine taken before you leave, they do work as travel sickness tablets, though the placebo effect also helps I think.
