These sprouts are a tastey addition to a meal. i have subbed these in when making vietnamese rice paper rolls to reduce carbs and it was delicious. easy to use as a salad base instead of lettuse.

I really like these sprouts for adding into stirfrys or salads. They add a good crunchy element. only downside is that I personally find they go soggy in the fridge pretty fast so you have to use them quickly.
