These navel oranges are super sweet but occasionally you do come across ones that aren’t of equivalent sweetness. The health benefits of oranges is that they are high in vitamin C and fibre, the downside being that they also contain carbohydrates which can raise one’s blood sugar levels. Moderation is key to eating the oranges whole and not juicing them.
