Mitolo Low Carb Potatoes are actually really impressive. They cook up just like regular potatoes—fluffy inside with a nice texture—without that heavy feeling. Great for mashing, roasting, or air frying. Tastes just like the normal ones, just lighter. Definitely a staple for me now
