I like Tassal's Smoked Tassie Salmon 250g Chilled for its buttery flavour and tender texture. This smoked salmon is perfect for flaking onto a bagel. It has a vibrant smoked flavour and wonderful flaky texture. It’s a mix of tender meat with a firm layer on top where it hits the smoke. Tassal's smoked salmon is my favourite fish for work as an afternoon snack.
