Love this brand of smoked salmon. It's very versatile. As a side dish, in a salad, as a featured ingredient like sushi or sashi, etc... You can even eat it on its own - as it is. There are issues though. Like the packaging. Once open it can easily dry up in the fridge. And to prevent that, you would need to transfer any uneaten salmon to a ziplock bag, or get creative and close the original packing whichever way you how. Leaving the salmon open is exposing it to absorb the fridge smell and will spoil the fresh taste.
