CSR pure icing sugar is our favourite. It has no added ingredients like other icing mixtures. This makes it a little clumsier and requires sieving but is well worth it for the flavour and finish.

good value for money, same price from memory as the icing sugar mix in the 500g, not a massive fan of how clumpy pure icing sugar is but brands doesn't seem to change this

For baking and making icing this CSR icing suger is the superior choice. There are no added fillers, just straight sugar, so it can take an.extra step to smooth out the lumps. But this is totally worth it for the excellent texture and flavour.
