I love using CSR Icing Sugar Soft for baking and decorating. It has a super fine, smooth texture that blends easily into buttercream, glazes, and icing without lumps. The resealable bag is handy and keeps the sugar fresh. It dissolves quickly and gives a nice, professional finish to cakes and cupcakes. Great for dusting too! I always get consistent results. The only downside is it can puff up easily when pouring, so a gentle hand helps.
