very good quality book with good paper that doesn’t rip or bleed through easily, however I’m not a fan of the giant spiral, I prefer the smaller one when I’m writing on the opposite sides but overall very nice

Good strong ring binding creates a long lasting product. Good number of pages at 240 and easy to see rules lines. Pages are easy to remove if required
