If the standard DL Express Post envelopes were not standard as window-face, these C5 size wouldn't be necessary for most uses. It's unnecessary expense and is due to a lack of innovation by Australia Post (You would think by now that a simple envelope could be made without the plastic window - obviously not with DL size)
