love them, best type of mushroom, easy to clean and check if they're clean. they sometimes come in huge slices which makes cooking feel better because they shrink less. I generally prefer to cut them myself but sliced are often very convenient

A great fresh tasty and healthy vegetable that is so very versatile and can be used in so many different recipes. great to add to stir-fry, stews curries veggie pasta or veggie bake.The very versatile family friendly ingredient which compliments so many varied recipes.
