These Latina Fresh Lasagne Sheets are very good. They are pliable and easy to use, and there are enough sheets to make two lasagnes, and they are very nice when cooked. You just have to make sure you use them fairly quickly because otherwise they go mouldy, although they do freeze well.

Layer the sheets in an oven dish with bolognese sauce and mozzarella Repeat several times and then bake for 1/2 hr at 180degrees Let rest and serve with a side salad Dinner is ready
