I only recently found out you could buy this at Coles, which saves me trips to pet shops. I use this regularly in water changes for my fish tank; it neutralizes chlorine effectively. I think it's a little pricey, but it lasts for ages anyway.

About VITAPET Water Ager 125ml

Tap water contains chlorine or chloramine as a disinfectant to control bacteria. Chlorine and chloramine in tap water is harmless to humans but when added to aquariums is deadly to fish unless steps are taken to neutralises the harmful effects of chlorine and chloramine in tap water intended for aquarium usage.
