I love this kangaroo meat. it is very low in fat and super healthy. high in magnesium and iron. taste is strong like other game meat. great for stir fries. reasonable in price and one of my favorite meats.

K-ROO Kangaroo Diced is lean, high in protein, and rich in iron. But it dries out easily if overcooked, can taste a bit gamey, and isn’t always cheap or easy to find. Great if you like flavorful, healthy meat, just cook it quick and don’t overthink it.
