I love this mince as it is very low in fat but still has lots of iron. it is versatile. you can make spaghetti bolognese with it but I love to make hamburgers from this. the meat itself is gamey and has a slight sweetness.

I really like kangaroo mince I decided to try it for my meal prep as other meats where more expensive and worse , I paid $15 bucks for 1kg and I will be often buying it. it’s lean high in protein and as you can see it worked well in my mince beans and corn rice dish. overall nice and I reccomend trying it
