My favourite apple variety. I tried another variety recently and regretted it instantly. it’s pink ladies or nothing for me and my family. not too sweet, not too bitter or sour like other varieties

Pink lady apples are crisp and firm, like the flavour. They have got a good shelf life. Good for eating raw, baking, and making applesauce. Some batches are mushy or bruised so have to select properly when buying.
