Photo Review of Pink Lady Apples

Pink Lady apples are my first choice of apple as they are sweet, crispy & juicy. They are a great snack or can be used in cooking baked treats or pies. I do find you need to eat them when they are fresh, as they lose their freshness they can become less crispy.
