Pink lady apples is a bit difference from normal Apple. In terms of the texture, pink lady apples is firm, crunchy, and juicy. But the texture of the normal apple is varies from crisp (Honeycrisp) to softer (McIntosh, Red Delicious). For the colour, pink lady apples is distinctive pinkish-red blush over a green-yellow base, while normal apple is red, green, or yellow depending on variety.
