Review of Tru Blu Garlic Butter
I recently tried Tru‑Blue Garlic Butter and was seriously impressed. The garlic flavour is bold without being overpowering, and the added parsley gives it a fresh, homemade feel. I used it on sourdough toast and also melted some over grilled veggies—both turned out amazing. The only downside is the texture. It’s a bit crumbly straight from the fridge, so it doesn’t spread as smoothly as I would like. But once it warms up a little, it softens nicely. For the price and the punchy flavour, I think it’s well worth it. If you're into garlic bread or want a quick way to level up basic meals, this is definitely one to keep in the fridge.
