I always look for organic where possible and I'm happy for an affordable crushed garlic that's organic at the supermarkets. Very flavourful and lasts a long time

Pro: no need to cut up yourself, time saver, can be kept in the fridge for a month once opened. Cons: can be pricey with date exp once jar is opened, sometimes the liquid could cause the garlic to pop while cooking so I suggest add to marinate before cooking. Used for: all sort of cooking and marinades. Wouldn’t recommend eating on its own!!
