I've been taking these daily for a long time, to help with joint support for a dodgy knee. There are other reported benefits too, listed on the side of the jar, and the dose os according to your reason for using this. The capsules are large but soft, and don't leave an after-taste. They're expensive but often. on special, and Swisse is a trusted brand.

the gel capsules are a little large. but I like the higher doseage 2000mg. you generally needs much higher dosage for it to be effective, this was the highest one I can find from the range. have been taking it for a week, time will tell if it's any good.

this is a really nice fish oil tablet it doesn’t have any bad smell, it’s really easy to digest, taste really nice and helps manage my omega 3 intake

Pretty hard to swallow, took me a week or so to get used to it and even then wherever I take it, it feels like I'm about choke. I've been talking the capsules for 2 months now and I feel like I have more energy in my day.
