They are good for women's health. It's too hard to find them in local chemist warehouses. Mostly out of stock or low stock. luckily I got one. They are good when Iron is mixed with probiotic it seems. I asked my roommate as she is the one who uses them most. I do order online for her sometimes. Swisse brand a trustworthy brand. The only downside is they are available in 30 pack only.
