This is a great alternative to the chewable ir dissolvable tablets that vitamin C usually comes in. It also has the added bonus if Zinc and Magnesium.

I have taken these daily for years and I swear the moment I stop taking them I get sick. On the chance I do get sick I just double the dose and I feel like not only does the illness not linger it's also less intense.

Great supplement to boost my immune system. Especially during winter time when it’s prone to get sick. Taking this immune support tablet prevents me from falling sick. The tablet is too big so not great for people who have difficulty swallowing big tablets.
