Very satisfactory performance! Compared to the calm + sleep gummies, this works better. It’s probably the result of the magnesium. Tastes okay, probably on the better side cause of the lemon. The first time I took it, I got a good 10hrs of sleep! 100% recommend it. It took effect in around an hour. Didn’t permanently fix my sleep schedule. I suppose it needs to be taken for a couple of days.
