it would be unethical to rate the effectiveness of this product because who knows- im not the TGA. i use under the direction of my GP. i have no problems with the product. i only buy when it is half price. the tablets are large so if you have issues with that this product may not be for you. i will say that Vit C tablets like these are better than dissolving/chewable versions for your teeth due to the high acid content (ascorbic acid) of this supplement
