I love Swisse products. I have been taking their supplements for more than 2 years. This magnesium, calcium and D3 supplements help my back pain. Help ease the pain but cannot clear it. An alternative for me.

I have been using this product for three months and has helped with my muscle . I realised it also help to increase your strength . The only things some people don’t like might be tablets. Otherwise best quality product all in one magnesium calcium and vitamin d3

I didn’t use this product for a Long Time soon as l realised that there is a sugar in it l stoped using it sorry the product might be good for others but not for me because l try not to use products with the sugar
