I have been taking the Swisse Calcium + vitamin D supplement for a few years now, and I can feel the difference. It is gentle on my stomach and easy absorbed. It helps to make my teeth and bones stronger and is great value for money, especially when it is on sale for 1/2 price. The small tab make it easy to store.
