I have suffered with low iron my entire life as it fluctuates up to an acceptable level, then straight back down to nothing. These tablets are the only iron tablets I have had that don't upset my tummy and loosen the stool. I try to take them when I have eaten a meal and have never had any issues. Blood test results always seem to show higher iron levels after a few months of using these.
