Great for back pain, find that when I take these during that time of the month my back pain is less painful and I find that I recover better from workouts too

I had been getting cramps in my lower calves when it was suggested that i give magnesium a try. Well low and behold....IT WORKED! I myself do not have the knowledge as to how or why, but hey Im not in daily pain thats to 1 tablet a day Alot of people around me have said that i dont seem to be as cranky, but in myself i feel more settled are less irritable Give it a go, what have you got to loose? For me, its a thumbs up and a huge pain free yes!!!
