I’ve been using Swisse Hair Skin Nails for a month. My nails feel stronger and my hair looks shinier. The tablets are a bit big, and I haven’t seen big changes in my skin yet, but overall it’s a good supplement for long-term support.

I’ve been taking these vitamins every day for at least 3 months now and I’m yet to notice any major difference in my hair and nails. I think my skin may have improved slightly although difficult to tell.
