Swisse Ultiboost Immune 60 Tab

Good for when you are sick. Used this product along with normal cold and flu tablets which help prevent my cold getting worse. I've been using it for about a month now and it's fine. It can be difficult to swallow though because of the size. You have to also eat it with food or immediately after which can be difficult when you don't feel like eating.

This is a great product to boost up your immune system. I use this product to help me boost my immune as my immune system is quite weak so I take a tablet daily. Ive been using it for a year and I'm up to my second bottle. The only downside is that I do tend to forget to take the tablet hence why I need to have it out somewhere in front of me so it's visible and i sometimes out a reminder on my phone. Although it is the only brand I've tried, it's great and I do use other tablets, of the same brand, as well which has also helped.

Excellent when you feel a cold coming on and just for general health during winter
