My daughters love my homemade cheese triangle in their school lunch box but when I get lazy making them, I cook these Borg’s Feta Cheese Appetisers instead. Easy to cook in my Air Fryer for 200*C, ready in 10mins. Pastry is flaky and crispy outside and the soft cheese oozes every bite in your mouth. Great for a party snack or even a meal. A must item in my freezer.
