We buy this when it is half price. We stock this in the freezer. I sometimes use sandwich press to make it healthier but it is better to use pan with oil.

My family just loves these gozlemes. They end up deliciously crispy on the outside, and tangy/cheesy on the inside. A squeeze of lemon juice on top just sets it off.
