Puff pastry is light, flaky, and buttery. Perfect for sweet or savory dishes, from pastries and pies to tarts and appetizers.

Borg's Puff Pastry uses Australian grown flour to make extra flaky, golden, and delicious sheets of pastry. I like that these last a long time frozen in the freezer, and can be used in many versatile ways. These sheets of pastry make excellent quiche and pie crusts, for savoury and sweet dishes. I also like the package design of this product, it really stands out against the other brands in the category. A great buy!

Made cheesy tomato twists out of this pastry, always a winner in my house for an afternoon snack. The pastry works well, it doesn’t dry out too quickly. You will have to use the sheets quickly after you open the pack though, or else have something to seal them in as the edges dry out if left open (as you’d expect)

Oh th extra flaky-ness really impressed the family when I made mini quiches with this! Delicious and crisped up perfectly with a bit of an egg wash.
