A great frozen puff pastry. I have used this to make scrolls, pie crusts, sausage rolls and many other baked items. the pastry is always flaky and crisp and has a good buttery taste. I would recommend keeping in a plastic container in the freezer to make sure that it doesn't suffer from freezer burn.
