I’ve been using Borg Puff Pastry sheets for a while now and honestly, they rarely let me down. They’re really easy to use — they thaw pretty quickly and don’t generally stick together or tear like some other brands I’ve tried. When I bake with them, they puff up nicely and have that light, flaky texture you want in a good pastry. They also have a nice buttery flavour without feeling heavy or oily. I’ve used them for savoury dishes and they’ve turned out great every time. One thing I really like is that the sheets are a good size and usually separate easily straight out of the pack except for the odd occasion so it’s super convenient when you’re in a rush. Overall, I’m really happy with Borg and definitely plan to keep buying them. They just make baking at home so much easier.
