We have found this shortcut bacon to be the tastiest on the market. With very little to no fat, it’s eaten by everyone in the family, even those who will usually cut the fatty bit away with a look of ‘gross’ on their face. It lives up to the versatility that bacon is known for - used for breakfast, but also in risottos, meatloafs, pastas and bakes. Stores well in an airtight container and on the rare occasion that there is any left over it is frozen and thaws perfectly for the next time needed.
