I bought this Primo Middle Rindless Bacon as I love bacon and I love a lot of Primo products. Although I usually buy short cut bacon, I recently had some middle bacon at my mum's house and I had forgotten how nice a bit more fat on bacon is. I'm really loving using this bacon both in recipes and in delicious bacon sandwiches.
