This is great bacon. It’s a little more expensive buying it in the small packet but there is only two of us so it works well. Not having to cut any rind off is a big plus. I’m a fan of bacon that is only just cooked. No need for it to be brown and crunchy. So I just pop it in a pan for a minute or two or even in the microwave for 30 seconds and it’s perfect.
