• The sausage has cheesy pieces inside, which melt a little when heated, giving a creamy-cheesy bite. • It seems to be smoky (smoke flavours are in the ingredients) which helps balance the richness.  • There’s also a garlic/spice note (garlic + spices in ingredients) which gives it a savoury, slightly seasoned profile.  • Texture: coarsely minced pork (per datasheet) so not super fine, giving a more “meaty bite.”  ⸻ Pros 1. Highly flavorful — the cheese + garlic + smoke combination makes it rich and tasty. 2. High in protein — good source of protein (around ~14–19 g per 100 g depending on the source).  3.
