Delicious flavoured Chorizo. Nice and mild for those that don’t like over spicy foods or have kids with sensitive mouths. It still has a great depth of flavour and adds a lovely element to any dish it is added to. Excellent in Gnocchi, Pasta and much more. Great product we use often.
