Primo is probably my favourite brand of sliced ham, and I often buy it on half price special at Coles or Woolies. It’s quite nice and lean and not overpowering in taste like some smoked ham can be. It also doesn’t have a thick rind, which is a plus for me as I don’t like ham that does. It’s perfect for sandwiches and I also use it shredded in a couple of pasta dishes.

I like the taste of this ham compared to the ham sold in the deli section. I like the small portions that keep the ham fresh and ready to use for quick sandwiches.
