they are usually packed in rolls whereas tissue papers are packed infoldings and bundles. Tissue papers are soft and do not have much strength on the other hand toilet papers have more strength compared to tissue papers.

Quilton is probably the best brand of toilet paper you can buy. The quality of the paper is so much better and thicker although it can feel a little dry. I would consider it more on the medium price range but they often go on sale and we only buy it when it is.
