the quilton gold 4 ply tissues are just like any other tissues. Not much different. The quality is reliable. It's aloe vera but again I didn't see any difference from other tissues. anyways, it is good for its price and get it when have a discount. to be honest, I will get whatever brand with a discount. tissues are tissues, the brands do not make any difference to me
