Unfortunately not the best for cleaning and soaking up water. Decent enough for a quick wipe down but when I had something spill, the water went straight through within seconds and I went through the two pack quite quickly. May by again if I am desperate, or if to be used for packing, to wrap glasses in possibly that would be the only time again .
