The flavour of Trang’s Pastry Spring Rolls is really nice — crispy and tasty once cooked, with a good amount of filling. They’re great for a quick snack or side dish. The only downside is that the pastry can be a bit too delicate — it easily breaks apart, even before cooking, so you have to handle them gently. Still, they turn out yummy and golden once fried or baked!
