I recently tried these Baby Spud Lite Potatoes from Coles when my partner bought some and we had them with a roast. I was worried that they wouldn't be as tasty as regular potatoes because they have 25% lower carbs than other potatoes, but they were really tasty. I have bought some more as I am trying to lower the amount of carbs l eat for health reasons. They are more expensive but I do like them a lot.

Being a small family of 3, this size packaging is perfect. I love how they are low in carbs too. I use for mash, roast or steam.
