I recently tried Coles SpudLite Potatoes and was pleasantly surprised! They cook up just like regular potatoes but are noticeably lighter and fluffier. Great for mash, roasting, or wedges. Plus, the lower carb content is a bonus if you're watching your intake. Fresh, clean, and good value—definitely a staple in my weekly shop now. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love these, taste just like the normal potatoes. I bake, boil and mash them and all 3 ways have come out perfect! Great option if you want lower carb.
